1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 8b88 platform through which betting, gaming, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any casino game, live dealer table, crash game, or sports betting market available on the 8b88 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalent values, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by 8b88 before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Platform" means the 8b88 website, mobile web application, all game interfaces, the sportsbook, and all associated services accessible at https://8b88.ws.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the 8b88 platform and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• "Taka" / "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the primary currency used on the 8b88 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 8b88 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a Bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are accessing the 8b88 Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all areas of the 8b88 Platform, including but not limited to the casino game library (slots, live dealer tables, crash games, table games), the sports betting section (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), promotions and bonuses, deposit and withdrawal functions, and customer support services.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on the 8b88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 8b88, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the 8b88 Platform or any related platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the 8b88 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts, the forfeiture of all Account Balances including real-money funds, and may result in the reporting of the individual to relevant authorities where fraudulent intent is identified.

8b88 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close an existing Account without providing reasons, at its sole discretion. Registration does not create any contractual entitlement to continued access to the Platform.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. You must ensure that your login credentials, including your username and password, are kept strictly confidential and not disclosed to any third party.

You must notify 8b88 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Until such notification is received by 8b88 and the Account is secured, you remain liable for all activity carried out through your Account.

Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 8b88 does not pay interest on Account balances. Funds held in your Account are held separately from operational funds and are not available to creditors of 8b88 in the event of insolvency.

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 8b88 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant Accounts, deducted from the Account Balance, provided the Player has been notified by email in advance. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

8b88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the 8b88 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the source where technically feasible, less any transaction fees incurred, and repeated violations may result in Account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. KYC documents required may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), a selfie with the NID, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. 8b88 aims to process verified withdrawal requests to mobile banking accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within thirty (30) minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 8b88 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 8b88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk management thresholds, which may extend processing times beyond the standard period.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

8b88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically upon expiry of the applicable time limit.

• Bonuses may only be used on games and betting markets explicitly listed as eligible for the applicable promotion.
• Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer table games may contribute 10% or less.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with Bonus Funds. Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted amount may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between Accounts and may not be exchanged for cash outside the standard wagering process.
• 8b88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with or without notice, for operational or regulatory reasons.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 8b88 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market on which they are placed, as published within the relevant game interface or betting market. These general betting provisions apply in addition to those specific rules.

Once a bet is confirmed by the 8b88 system, it is considered final and binding. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player after confirmation, except where the Platform provides an explicit cash-out or bet cancellation feature for that specific market.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that results in a bet being settled incorrectly, 8b88 reserves the right to void and re-settle the affected bets. Winnings generated as a result of a manifest technical error are not considered valid and will not be paid out.

For sports betting, results are determined by official scores published by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., the International Cricket Council for ICC events, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures). 8b88 is not responsible for errors in data feeds provided by third-party data suppliers.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. 8b88 may adjust stake limits at any time without notice for risk management purposes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8b88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from 8b88.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 8b88 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit after placing bets with those funds ("friendly fraud").
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8b88 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

8b88 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a suite of self-management tools to all Account holders, available at no charge, to help Players manage their gambling activity. These tools include voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time alerts, cool-off periods (from 24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.

Players who feel that gambling may be becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools or to contact the 8b88 support team at [email protected] to discuss appropriate interventions. The 8b88 Platform is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should not be used as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses.

8b88 reserves the right to impose mandatory limits or to suspend an Account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, including sustained high-frequency betting, large and sudden increases in stake size, or repeated deposit-and-withdrawal cycles without substantial gameplay. Such interventions are taken in the interests of Player welfare.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8b88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and database structures, is the property of 8b88 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8b88 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 8b88.

Game titles and interfaces provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. 8b88 does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8b88 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any technical malfunction, server downtime, or software error affecting game outcomes.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player failed to maintain adequate password security.
• Any reliance on information provided on the Platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or card networks).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 8b88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. 8b88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

8b88 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and Platform usage. The collection and use of personal data is governed by the 8b88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that certain personal data may be shared with third-party payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention partners as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

All data transmitted between your device and the 8b88 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. 8b88 does not sell Player personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

8b88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 8b88 will endeavour to provide Players with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the 8b88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 8b88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
